Roman Health Journal is a private, non-commercial application used only by the Oura account owner.

Data requested

The application may request daily sleep, readiness and activity summaries, heart-rate observations, workout summaries and daily SpO₂ averages.

Purpose and storage

Data is used only to create personal wellness trends and reports. Tokens and Oura data are stored on the account owner’s computer, protected by operating-system file permissions. This public website does not receive or store Oura health data.

Sharing and artificial intelligence

Oura data is not sold, advertised against, shared with third parties, or provided as input to an artificial-intelligence model. It is not used for model training, evaluation or improvement.

Retention and deletion

Local data is retained while the owner uses the application. The owner can revoke access in Oura and delete the local token and database files at any time.
