Terms of Service

Roman Health Journal is a private, non-commercial tool intended solely for the account owner’s personal wellness tracking.

Permitted use

The application may be used to retrieve and display the owner’s Oura data in accordance with Oura’s API Agreement, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Wellness information

The application does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease and does not replace professional medical advice. The owner remains responsible for health and training decisions.

Availability

The tool is provided as-is for personal use. Access may stop if Oura access is revoked, credentials expire or Oura changes its service.

Termination

Use can be ended at any time by revoking the application in Oura and deleting the local credentials and database.
